Band History/Bio:Over the last few years, Logan Jones Music "LJM" has been emerging as an upcoming band. The passion and purpose behind what they do is simple, "Celebrating Gods Powerful Presence Through Song".Creatively unconventional and not limited to any one demographic, the distinctive heartbeat of LJM is to encourage and unleash the creative spirit and allow songs to rise up and be crafted to reveal fully who Jesus is and why his message about God is "Good News."The members who collectively make up LJM fronted by singer songwriter/worship leader, Logan Jones are intentional about giving voice to a revival sound, passionate about acknowledging the Gospel message, namely that the Power and Presence of God are now always available to all of us ordinary human beings.Logan Jones | Lead Vocals/GuitarThis incureable rambler grew up in Salzburg, Austria. Nope, sorry, no Kangaroos, just mountains, castles and cows. Apart from English, he speaks Austrian (German) fluently and with great delight. Logan is married to the beautiful Silke and they both currently live in Richmond, VA belonging to a wonderful church called Northminster ChurchRachel Shultz | Vocals/KeysThis lover of flip flops is a singer, songwriter and worship leader who studied music and voice at Radford University. She lives in Glen Allen VA with her husband Scott and crazy springer-spaniel Diego Sanchez. Her passion for music and for an intimate relationship with her Creator were inspired by her parents and the simple life of having been raised in Appalachia. Scott and Rachel also belong to & serve in leadership roles at Northminster Church.Silke | VocalsThis hopeless romantic was born and raised in beautiful Salzburg, Austria and had never seen the Sound of Music until she moved to the USA. She studied business in Austria and has put it to great use by teaching Preschoolers in Richmond, VA where Silke is married to the to the "most amazing" (her words) husband Logan.Aaron | BassThis pumpkin spiced coffee drinking, jack of all musical-trade, bass playing entrepeneur is from Richmond, Va where he lives, works and breathes music. If he is not working on his degree, or selling all manner of wonderous items on Ebay [pssst, his sellers account is: awaker85 dont be shy, buy!] Aaron can be found rocking with kids all over the city. In 2009 he founded the School of Rock & Worship at his church, Northminster and basically, when hes not playing bass, teaching or pioneering something, you can always find him with an entourage at the local cantina enjoying some salsa, chips & special enchiladas.David | DrummerThis struggling comedian and percussionist-in every sense of the word-uses whatever is necessary to get the sound that says, Stick around, to those in earshot. Living in Richmond, VA, He studies technology at ECPI in the daylight and forms those tasty beats in the limelight Davids beats can also be enjoyed at his church, Northminster.

The Virginia Conference of the United Methodist Church has had a phenomenal experience with Logan Jones Music. Logan Jones is a great musician, but great musicians arent that hard to find. Hes also a prophet, and those are harder to come by. "Logan is a fantastic musician. He is a truly solid guitar player and vocalist. He has a voice that can-and often does-make people stop in the middle of what they are doing just to listen to his generous distribution of melody and not to mention the tasteful guitar riffs that emanate from his playing. Even more important than that, Logan is hands down one of the most morally grounded and solid human beings I have ever met. No matter how his week was or was might have been going on in his life, he always took the time out of his day to ask me how I was and what I had been up to. You could always see genuine interest in his eyes and hear it in his words. Logan was never reluctant to share his love of life and love for God with those around him. He opened his arms and doors to me, a non-religious Jew with an arm covered in tattoos and tattered clothes from the Washington DC area.
